NPAPI Async Drawing

Hello. I would like to ask the developers of Mozilla. I'm very interested in technology NPAPI Async Drawing ... . I tested it on Firefox 13 beta on NPDrawingModelAsyncBitmapSurface. It works but very slowly. Under Windows, you realize hardware accelerated surface sharing, but what about Linux? You will be implement hardware accelerated mode on Linux? If you are using OpenGL render on Linux, maybe it can be implemented with OpenGL Pixel Buffer Object (PBO) ... . Thanks.

Firefox Process won't End

Hello, I've been having an issue recently, where when I close Firefox, the process remains active and will only end when I physically kill the process from the task manager. I've no idea why this has started to happen. I've been reading all over the internet on how to resolve this and tried everything but it just won't end on it's own. I've also tried all different kinds of spyware scanners and my own Kaspersky suite and nothing was found at all, apart from some tracking cookies but everyone gets them... I'm at my wits end and have no idea where to go from here. I really need it to start...

Copy/paste relative links and pictures : bug?

Hello, From v 2.9, when copying / pasting either a link or a picture that is relative to the current page (with the "relative to page URL" box ticked in their properties), the resulting link or picture URL becomes absolute to "file://" It worked well in v2.8 (links and image addresses remained relative) I was using SM 2.9.1, French version, on Windows XP, and had to downgrade to v2.8 to avoid unwanted corruption when editing my pages. Did anybody else notice this issue ? Regards, Olivier

Mkinitcpio-0.8.8 gentoo port(modular initrd generation tool)

Hello gentoo forum, after I read the neddy guide on udev 182, I start a thread on initrd creation for people eg running root on LVM with seperate /usr and/or /var partition. See ... for details. For this, I use arch linux's mkinitcpio tool, which works on arch like a charm. It is in my opinion easy to set up, and atm a superior solution to genkernel. The gentoo genkernel created initrd does not work that well for me, because I found that genkernel does not include the udev demon in the initrd. The result, LVs don't get properly symlinked in Code: /dev/disk/by-label

SeaMonkey Mail menubar icons

Hello Where (what file) are the definitions of the icons in the Mail menu bar? In version 2.9.1 which I just installed those which have a down arrow to open a sub-menu ('Receive', 'Write new' and 'Forward' - I don't know if those are the right terms, I have the French version) behave badly: the zone which corresponds to the down arrow is much too large and to perform the action directly (without opening menu) it is necessary to click very far away from the arrow. I want to redefine the zones which open the sub-menus to be just the small rectangles which contain the arrows in their circles....

X3TC Dissapointed

Hello This is my first time playing any of the X series, and i got to say it is great, However i have now found it VERY frustrating and hope it is something that i am doing wrong, and hoping you guys could show me the right way. I have been making money mainly with UT's and gathered over 200 mil, so i decided to make a little strike force which consists of 8 Corvettes (Centaurs & Heavy Centaurs) myself in a Centaur, and a M1 (Colossus) The first frustrating part i came to in this game was sorting 60 fighters for my argon colossus, The time it took to equip, set orders, rename, and equip...

Dracut initramfs and read/write file system check

Hello, like a number of people, I am being coherced to move to an initramfs. I am using ~x86_64, openrc-0.9.9.3, udev-182-r3, dracut-018. At the reboot, dracut awakens LVM, mounts /usr (R/W?), which is in LVM, and then steps down. Then after a while it's the turn of 'fsck' service, which finds /usr mounted R/W and becomes VERY nervous. And interrupts the booting process. I am working around this by adding options "-p -M -T -C0" (key is "-M") in /etc/conf.d/fsck, but I feel something is wrong, this should not be needed. What have I missed? Additional information: kernel: gentoo-tuxonice 3.0.22...
